Carmelo von Conners is a very handsome 5-6 year old German Shepherd. This big, classic hunk has the “bad boy” good looks but is really just a sweet, mellow gentleman. He walks so well on leash, you will barely notice he is there, and he seems to be comfortable in new situations very quickly. He meets other dogs well on walks, not giving them much attention and preferring to explore on his own. Sweet Carmelo is low-to-mid energy and the perfect choice for anyone who does not have the time or energy to deal with a bouncy puppy. He is so appreciative for the simple things in life, such as getting his head massaged or his belly rubbed. He will lean against you like a cat and make you feel like the most important person in the world. Carmelo is wonderful in playgroup, meeting everyone politely, although he would prefer to be the alpha. He put his head over a confident female, who snapped at him, and Carmelo walked away from the situation immediately (what a gentleman!) This gentle, loving boy would fit perfectly into any home - he just asks that there is a nice warm bed big enough for him and you.
